调控手术创伤局部的炎性因子能改善手术预后吗？
摘要
手术创伤可产生复杂的局部生化改变，从而引起炎症反应和术后急性疼痛，部分患者甚至由急性痛转化为慢性痛。组织损伤可增强细胞因子的级联反应，从而导致外周和中枢神经系统敏感化，甚至出现痛觉过敏。
