摘要
慢性肾脏病（chronic kidney disease，CKD）在老年患者中呈逐年增多的趋势，主要是由于肾小球滤过率（glomerular filtration rate，GFR）及肾贮备随着年龄的增长而进行性下降所致。在需要手术及麻醉的患者中，并存有CKD的患者需要特别关注。其中涉及到麻醉药物的损害、多器官功能障碍、
