K3合金MCrAlY保护涂层的结构和性能研究

摘要 本工作研究了JR1(Ni40Cr10A10.3Y)、JR3(Co25Cr10A10.4Y)和JR4(Ni20Cr20A10.3YO.8Si)三种磁控溅射沉积(MSD)抗热腐蚀MCrAlY(M=Ni,Co或NiCo)的结构和性能。基体为K3合金。结果表明,这三种涂层均由γ'—Ni(Co)_3A1和β—MA1相组成。三种涂层中γ'—Ni(Co)_3Al和β—MA1相中A1和Cr的含量明显不同,这两种相的组合方式也不同。但基本上都有一个β—Ni(Co)A1+γ’—Ni(Co)_3Al的外层和γ'—Ni(Co)_3的内层。它们的抗热腐蚀性能达到或高于国外同类涂层的水平;对K3合金的高温持久和高周疲劳性能没有影响或略有改善。 The microstrure and performance of magnetronic sputtering deposited(MSD) coatings of hot corrosion resistant MCrAlY(M=Ni, Co or NiCo)-JR1(Ni40Cr10 A10.3Y), JR3(Co25Cr10A10.4Y)and JR4(Ni20Cr10A10.3Y0.8Si)have been studied. The substrate is K3 Ni-base superalloy. The results show that they are all com- posed of γ'-Ni(Co)_3Al phase and β-MAl phase. The content of Al and Cr in the Υ'-Ni(Co)_3Al phase and β-MAl phasa are obviously different in the three coatings and the way of formation of two phases are also different. In spite of this, all of them contained β-Ni(Co)Al+Υ'-Ni(Co)_3Al in outer layer and Υ'-Ni(Co)_3Al in inner layer basically. Their hot corrosion resistence have been found to be compared with of surper to the level of foreign coatings of this type, and the high-cycle fatigue and high temperature stress rupture performance of K_3 has almost been no nifluenced, or slightly improved.
