运用文献资料法、逻辑推理法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,分析了阳光体育运动开展遭遇的困境,探询阳光体育发展的内在机理,指出阳光体育践行的关键在于学生个体的主体自觉,研究目的在于挖掘体育文化的引领作用,内在地激发个体参与体育的动机,从而为阳光体育的健康可持续发展提供理论基础,使其价值得到更充分的体现。

This paper using of literature and data,logical reasoning,logical analysis and other research methods,analyzes the hardship suffered by the sun sports carrying out,probing the internal mechanism of the sun sports,pornts out that practice is the key to the main body of the individual consciousness of students,the research purposes is to tap the lead role of sports culture,inherently stimulate the motivation of individuals to participate in sports,sports science theory to arm people with the right sports media guidance,with a noble spirit of sport of people with outstanding athletes inspire people,to the sun health and sustainable development of sport and provide a theoretical,so that its value be more fully reflected.
