摘要
采用自编《体育学院班集体的团队凝聚力》问卷,从学习和生活角度对体育学院班集体团队凝聚力现状进行了调查分析。结果表明:体育学院班集体团队凝聚力整体水平不高,在四个因子方面,班级活动团队凝聚力最高,宿舍和文化课的团队凝聚力中等,其他课余生活团队凝聚力最低;不同年级、不同专业之间,其班集体团队凝聚力水平在部分因子中存在显著差异性。
From the perspective of learning and living,the article investigates the class group cohesion of students from the Institute of Physical Education by using questionnaire of class group cohesion of students from the Institute of Physical Education.The result shows that whole level of class group cohesion of students from the Institute of Physical Education is low.And the four factors situate in different levels.The class activities situate in the highest level for the class group cohesion,while the extracurricular life situates in the lowest level.There is significant difference in part of the levels between different faculties and different grades.The analysis result provides evidence for improving class group cohesion,class management and class building of students from the Institute of Physical Education.
