摘要
本文研究了以乙醇为溶剂,BTDA、MDA为原料,顺丁烯二酸酐为封端剂,几种不同分子量的“PMR”型聚酰亚胺树脂的合成。通过几种模型化合物的合成及测定,初步确定了上述树脂反应历程中的几个主要温度范围。并且通过对树脂进行的一系列的测定,进一步确定了树脂反应历程中的几个主要温度范围,为拟定树脂的工艺条件打下了基础。通过实验,对树脂的固化条件进行了摸索,得出了树脂初步的固化条件及耐热温度,说明选取顺丁烯二酸酐作为封端剂的这条技术路线是基本可行的。
The syntheses of 'PMR' Polyimide resins with the several different molecular weight respectively, by using ethanol as solvent, BTDA and MDA as raw materials, maleic anhydride as endcap, were studied in this paper. With the syntheses and determination of several model compounds, three main temperature ranges during reaction were defined preliminarily. They were futher confirmed by systematic study for the resins mentioned above, becoming the basis for determining the technological parameters of resin. The technological properties of resin curing were expermentally investigated, and their heat resistance have been determined preliminarily. It is shown that this technological idea of choosing maleic anhydride as endcap is basically available.
