摘要
伴随着承接外包业务的增长,我国对外发包业务同时在蓬勃发展。本文利用1992-2010年我国15个制造业的数据,从对外发包的角度分析了影响我国制造业外包的因素。结论显示:我国制造业的外包呈现先增后降的发展态势;外包比例的高低与技术密集度可能存在正向关联关系;外包比例与劳动就业之间存在U型关系;生产技术水平的提高有利于减少发包比例,增加国内就业,推动经济发展;出口能够带动外包的发展;而研发对外包的正向作用较小,并且研发并不通过出口影响外包的发展水平。最后提出了相应的对策建议。
China is outsourced as well as outsourcing. With the data of 15 industries during 1992 to 2010, this paper analyzes what kinds of factors affect China＇ s manufacture offshore outsourcing, and concludes that Chinese outsourc- ing initially rose up in the 1990s but decreased in the 21st century. Outsoureing index positively connected with technology intensity, and U-shape relationship ex- ists between outsourcing and employment. Technology advancement reduces out- sourcing level, and export enhances outsourcing, but R＆D contributes little to out- sourcing unfortunately. Finally, it puts forward the related implications.
