自体骨髓移植配合补肾密骨片治疗骨折术后延迟愈合临床研究

Clinical Study on Delayed Union Treated by Autologous Bone Marrow Transplantation Combined with Bushen Migu Tablets

目的:观察自体骨髓移植配合补肾密骨片治疗骨折延迟愈合的效果。方法:试验组38例采用局部经皮自体骨髓移植配合补肾密骨片治疗,对照组40例单用自体骨髓移植治疗,观察X线所示骨痂形成情况,评价两组在治疗前后的骨折愈合情况。结果:试验组骨折愈合36例,平均愈合时间6.4个月;2例施术后6个月仍未见骨痂生长,后行植骨加压内固定术愈合。对照组骨折愈合31例,平均愈合时间8.9个月;9例施术后6个月仍未见骨痂生长,后行植骨加压内固定术骨折愈合。两组骨折愈合率和愈合时间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:自体骨髓移植配合补肾密骨片可以改善成骨能力,促进骨折愈合。

Objective：To observe the effect of combined treatment of autologous bone marrow transplantation（ABMT） and traditional Chinese medicine on delayed union.Method：The experimental group has 38 patients of delayed union who received combined treatment of ABMT and traditional Chinese medicine;the control group has 40 patients of delayed union who received merely ABMT.Evaluate the fracture healing of the two groups before and after treatment by observing the bone callus displayed on X-ray.Result：36 patients from the experimental group unioned with an average healing time of 6.4 months;2 patients did not see bone callus 6 months after operation and the fracture was unioned after bone grafting and internal fixation.31 patients from the control group unioned with an average healing time of 8.9 months;9 patients did not see bone callus 6 months after operation and the fracture was eventually healed after bone grafting and internal fixation.By comparing the two groups,it is obvious that the fracture healing rate and time are notably different（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The combined treatment of ABMT and traditional Chinese medicine on delayed union improves osteogenesis capability and accelerates fracture healing.
