摘要 为了缩短设计周期,实现离心压缩机叶轮的快速成型,以某离心压缩机的参数设计为例,基于Matlab编程实现传统单流道法和保角变换法对离心压缩机叶片进行轴面投影图、三维骨线图的绘制并得到三维骨线坐标。最后将三维数据导入到Pro/E中,生成三维离心叶轮。整个设计过程采用计算机辅助设计,减少了人工误差并提高了设计效率,便捷地做到参数可调与人机操作,设计思路和方法将为叶轮机械快速成型方法的研究提供参考。 In order to short the design period and achieve the rapid prototyping of the centrifugal compressor impeller, this paper took the parameter design of a centrifugal compressor as an example based on Matlab. The traditional single channel method and the conformal transformation method were used to draw up the axis plane projection and three-dimensional bone line of the centrifugal compressor blade, and get the coordinates of the three- dimensional bone-line .Finally, the three-dimensional data was imported into Pro/E to generate a three-dimensional centrifugal impeller .It used the computer-aided design during the whole process to reduce human error and improve the efficiency of design .It could convenient to achieve the adjustable parameters and man-machine operation. The ideas and methods of the design would provide a reference for the rapid prototyping methods for the turbo-machine in the future.
