罗夫转运站采暖设计及优化措施

摘要 为了保证热水供暖系统的正常运行,除了设计中认真进行水利计算,正确选择各支管管径,在阻力平衡的基础上保证流量的合理分配,采取排气措施外,还应在施工过程中严格质量监督,消除施工缺陷,严格进行交工调试。在运行调试中,采用排除积存空气,近端关小阀门开度或加装调压孔板等措施。 In order to guarantee normal operation of hot-water heating system,except that hydraulic calculation was carefully conducted to correctly choose each branch pipe diameter and ensure rational flow distribution based on resistance balance and use exhausting measure,the quality should be strictly supervised during construction to eliminate constructional deficiency and also commissioning test should be carefully carried out.During running test,the measures like removing accumulation air,turning down valve opening near-end or installing pressure regulating orifice plate etc.were adopted.
