摘要
通过微量点滴法,以水稻二化螟4龄幼虫为供试昆虫,测定杀虫单和甲维盐不同比例混配对水稻二化螟杀虫毒力,采用共毒因子和共度系数法进一步确定2种试验药剂的合适配比。结果表明:甲维盐和杀虫单混配具有明显的增效作用,且具有很宽的有效配比谱。室内毒力测定表明甲维盐LD50为0.596 4ng/larva,杀虫单LD50为21 501ng/larva,2者的毒力差异达36 051.31倍。共毒系数研究表明甲维盐和杀虫单的配比在1∶1 000~1∶36 051(质量比)均有显著的增效作用。
The insecticidal toxicity of monosultap and emamectin benzoate to Chilo suppressalis was tested by the method of Micro-drop.And according to the methods of co-toxicityfactor and co-toxicity coefficient,the optimum formula of two insecticides was determined.The results showed that monosultap and emamectin benzoat mixed significant synergistic effect,and had a wide spectrum of the effective ratio.LD50 of emamectin benzoate was 0.596 4ng/larva and the LD50 of monosultap was 21 501ng/larva.The difference of the virulence between them was 36 051.31 times.The research of co-toxicity coefficient showed that the ratio among 1∶1 000~1∶36 051 had significantly synergy effect.
