摘要
论述了伍迪公司BM2.7型独立单元复极离子膜电解槽运行中压力控制的重要性,并分析了此工艺中过载保护系统在停车排液过程中的缺陷。针对排液过程压力波动情况,提出了相应的改进措施。
The importance of pressure control during running of BM2.7 bipolar ion-exchange membrane electrolyzers with structure of individual unit made by Uhde Nora Co.was discussed.The deficiencies in the overload protection system for the process during shutdown and discharge were analyzed.Improving measures to solve pressure fluctuation during discharge were proposed.
