氯碱系统氢气柜投运后利弊分析 被引量:1

摘要 给出氢气处理工艺流程。介绍应用氢气柜的优点是:提高系统的整体稳定性,提高电解槽及离子膜的使用寿命,有利于节能降耗,有利于安全可靠运行,有利于平衡电流负荷。应用氢气柜的缺点是:不能完全控制氯氢压差波动,氮气用量增加,占地面积大,两系统共用1个气柜会导致连锁停车,隔离难度增大。 The process flow of hydrogen treatment was given.The advantages and disadvantages of using hydrogen gas holder were introduced.The advantages included the increase in the whole stability of the system,the prolongation of service life of electrolyzers and that of ion-exchange membrane,the helpfulness in saving energy and reducing consumption,the helpfulness in safe and reliable running,and the helpfulness in balance of current load.The disadvantages included not being able to fully control the fluctuation of pressure difference between chlorine and hydrogen,the increase in consumption of nitrogen,big floor area,the interlock shutdown caused by two systems sharing one gas holder and the increase in difficulty in separating the two systems.
