摘要 On July 17,2012 the technology for manufacture of ethanol through hydrogenation of esterified acetic acid developed independently by the Southwest Chemical Research and Design Institute(SCRDI) had passed the experts' appraisal organized by the Science and Technology Department of Sichuan province.According to the experts, On July 17, 2012 the technology for manufacture of etha- nol through hydrogenation of esterified acetic acid devel- oped independently by the Southwest Chemical Research and Design Institute (SCRDI) had passed the experts' appraisal organized by the Science and Technology De- partment of Sichuan province. According to the experts, this technology features low energy consumption, low production cost, advanced key process and equipment, and premium catalyst technology. Dissemination of this technology not only can tackle the overcapacity crunch of acetic acid industry, but also can produce massive energy chemicals by the coal chemical industry to substitute for grain resources.
