It is told that the technology for extractive rectification of raw benzene developed by the Tianjin Kaisaite Technol- ogy Co., Ltd. has been successively applied at enterprises in Xinhong of Henan province, Jimosar of Xinjiang Au- tonomous Region and in Dongming and Hengyu of Shan- dong province. The outcome of operation of process units has revealed that in comparison with acid wash method or hydrotreating method, the extractive rectification technol- ogy has made much progress in terms of environmental protection and energy conservation.
