氡泉浴配合康复治疗腰椎间盘突出症85例临床观察

Clinical observation on 85 cases of combining Radon spring bath with rehabilitation to treat lumbar disc herniation

目的观察氡泉浴配合康复治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床效果。方法选取85例腰椎间盘突出症患者用氡泉浴、电脑中频、推拿、针灸、牵引等综合治疗5个疗程,进行疗效评价。结果 85例患者中,治愈62例,占72.9%;有效10例,占11.8%;好转12例,占14.1%;无效1例,占1.2%。结论运用氡泉浴配合康复治疗腰椎间盘突出症有效率高,疗效可靠。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of combining Radon spring bath with rehabilitation to treat lumbar disc herniation.Methods 85 sufferers with lumbar disc herniation were treated for 5 courses of treatment with Radon spring bath,computed medium frequency electrotherapy,massage,acupuncture and moxibustion,and dragging.The curative effects were evaluated.Results Among the 85 sufferers,62 were cured,accounting for 72.9%,10 were effective,accounting for 11.8%,12 turned better,accounting for 14.1%,and 1 was useless,accounting for 1.2%.Conclusion Combining Radon spring bath with rehabilitation to treat lumbar disc herniation is reliable with high effective rates.
