Sustainable development strategy for sanatorium based on SWOT analysis

目的提出发展策略,提升服务效率,提高服务质量。方法使用SWOT分析法,分析疗养院发展过程中内部的优势、劣势和外部的威胁、机遇,通过分析提出可持续发展策略。结果更新观念创新发展,突出特色树立品牌,提高标准精细服务。结论发挥优势、规避劣势、排除威胁、抓住机遇,建设集研究、特色、服务于一体的综合性疗养院。

Objective To propose development strategy,to promote service efficiency and to increase service quality.Methods SWOT analysis was adopted to analyze the internal advantages and disadvantages,the external threats and opportunities in the development process of sanatorium.And sustainable development strategies were proposed.Results Ideas of innovative development were renewed,characteristic brand establishment was highlighted,and standard fine service was increased.Conclusion Exerting advantages,evading disadvantages,removing threats and seizing opportunities to establish a comprehensive sanatorium with research,unique features and quality service.
