电针灸配合中频电刺激及康复训练在脑卒中偏瘫患者康复中的应用

Application of combining electric acupuncture and moxibustion with intermediate frequency electrical stimulation and rehabilitation training to stroke patients with hemiplegia

目的观察电针灸配合电脑中频及康复训练在脑卒中偏瘫康复治疗中的作用。方法选取2010—2012年来我院进行脑卒中偏瘫康复的患者78例,采用电针灸配合中频电刺激及常规康复训练治疗,观察治疗后患者的Fugl-Meyer(FMA)和改良Barthel指数(MBI)。结果治疗后患者FMA和MBI指数均较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论电针灸配合中频电刺激及常规康复训练能有效提高脑卒中偏瘫康复患者的运动能力及日常生活能力。

Objective To investigate the function of combining electric acupuncture and moxibustion with intermediate frequency electrical stimulation and rehabilitation training to stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods 78 stroke patients with hemiplegia hospitalized in our sanatorium for rehabilitation during 2010—2012 were given electric acupuncture and moxibustion with intermediate frequency electrical stimulation and rehabilitation training,and the FMA and MBI indexes were observed after treatment.Results After treatment,the FMA and MBI indexes improved significantly（P〈0.05）compared to those before the treatment.Conclusion Combining electric acupuncture and moxibustion with intermediate frequency electrical stimulation and conventional rehabilitation training can effectively improve the motor ability and daily living activities of stroke patients with hemiplegia.
