高层次人才队伍是医院发展的动力支撑。为了解决人才招收编制限制、人才培养模式单一,以及人才使用不灵活的难题,南京军区南京总医院通过结合自身状况与人才发展特质,在医疗高层人才的引进、培养和使用上探索出具特色的人才发展道路。
