摘要
为增强军队医院非现役人员军事素养,组织文职人员、聘用制人员进行军事基础能力集中训练,严格按照连队一日生活制度规范管理,练思想练军事练战救练管理,为医院遂行多样化军事卫勤保障任务储备卫勤骨干。有效探索一种借助优势训练资源推开医院基地化训练的新模式,初步建立非现役医务人员军事基础能力指标和考评体系。
In order to strengthen the military quality of non-active civilian staff in military hospitals,a series of measures have been taken,such as intensive traning of basic military skills among civilian clerical staff and contractual staff,rigorous discipline of military lifestyle,training of ideology,military affairs,field rescue skill and administration-all of these serve to establish a reserve of medical and administrative staff in the context of diverse tasks in military,medical,logitstics and adminstrative aspects of the hospital.The article introduced a new mode of base traning taking advantage of the resouces of the hospital,which contributed to the priliminary establishment of basic military capability index and appraisal system.
