探讨护士长的工作经验和管理技巧。本文阐述强化自身优良素质建设,是搞好护理管理工作的前提;创造良好的人际关系和工作环境,是激发群体士气的关键;善于利用激励功能,是激发个人潜力和提高工作效率的保证;为当好护士长提供基本经验和方法。
The author explained that raising head nurse quality was the premise of strengthening nursing management;creating favourable interpersonal relationship and work environment was the key point of inspiriting crowd;utilizing encouragement is the guaranty of stimulating individual potentiality and raising work efficiency.ALL the points would provide basic experience and methods for head nurse cultivation.
