预选卫生士官中医药适宜技术的培训

Appropriate Techniques Training of Traditional Chinese Medicine for New Corpsmen

目的培训预选卫生士官中医药适宜技术,并为基层部队中医药适宜技术推广提供理论依据。方法整理筛选六项中医适宜技术科目,分别对沿海某战区及青藏高原相关部队抽调预选卫生士官668名进行30课时的培训,培训结束进行问卷调查和理论实践考核;用Microsoft Excel 2003软件汇总分析。结果预选卫生士官培训中医药适宜技术授课满意度达100%,认为中医药适宜技术确实能解决基层部队官兵医疗卫生保障作用的611名(91.47%)。668名受训卫生员考核成绩合格率为90%,其中优秀率为32%。结论中医药适宜技术在基层推广的落脚点仍然要放在具有"简、便、廉、验"特点的技术上。同时,建立基层部队预选卫生士官中医学课程体系、整理优化中医药适宜技术、建立基层中医药人才培训基地等长效机制是工作重点。

Objective Training New Corpsmen Appropriate Techniques of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and providing a theory basis for the extensive application of T.C.M.Appropriate Techniques in grass-roots troops.Method Arranging and selecting six subjects of T.C.M.Appropriate Techniques,transferring 668 new corpsmen from certain coastal theatre of operations and related troops on Tibet-plateau to train 30 class hours,and having questionnaire survey and theory practical examine in the end;statistical analysis with Microsoft Excel 2003.Result Satisfaction Degree of the training is 100%,611 new corpsmen（91.47%） considering Appropriate Techniques of Traditional Chinese Medicine could indeed solve the health care security problems.the eligible rate of the exam is 90%,while 32% is excellent.Conclusion The foothold of the extensive application T.C.M.Appropriate Techniques in basic troops should be ＂Simple,Convenient,Cheap and Effective＂.Meanwhile,Building new T.C.M.course system of new corpsmen in basic troops,arranging and optimizing T.C.M.Appropriate Techniques,building training long-term mechanism are the key points of next steps.
