摘要
研究根据大学生健康体检以及血液生化结果,利用BMI结果分为偏瘦、正常、超重、偏胖和肥胖5个等级对其血液生化结果进行比较。结果:(1)男子肥胖群和重度肥胖群与标准群比,GOT、GPT、γ-GTP总胆固醇和中性脂肪各项目显著高于标准群。而HDL-胆固醇标准群比较则存在显著低的趋向。(2)男子偏瘦群与标准群之间中性脂肪、总胆固醇、HDL-胆固醇和GPT项目均呈现有意低倾向。其他各项未见有差异。(3)女子偏胖群和肥胖群与标准群相比,GOT、A/G比3项目未见有差异,HD-胆固醇显著低于标准群,其他各项目均显著高于标准群。(4)女子偏瘦群与标准群之间GOT和HDL-胆固醇项目可见有差异。其中HDL-胆固醇有意高。其他各项未见有差异。(5)男生各群之间异常值百分比的差异除总胆固醇、γ-GTP和A/G以外肥胖群均为最高。总胆固醇异常值百分比是男子偏瘦组最高。女子各群之间异常值百分比的差异各有不同。结论:男子非标准体重者血液生化结果与正常体重者差别较大,一旦偏离正常体重需要注意由于血液生化成份变化而引起的各种疾病发生的可能。女子相对男子影响更少。但BMI达到25以上者需要注意。
In this study,the health examination results of university students were analyzed.The students were divided into 5 groups(thin,normal,overweight,slightly obese and obese) according to their BMIs,and the correlation with blood biochemical data was analyzed.The results show that:(1) The slightly obese and obese groups exhibit significantly higher levels of systolic blood pressure,GOT,GOP,gamma-GTP,total cholesterol and triglycerides but lower HDL-cholesterol levels than those in the other group.(2) The thin group exhibits significantly lower levels of triglycerides,total cholesterol,HDL-cholesterol and GPT than those in the normal group.No significant difference was observed in other parameters.(3) The slightly obese and obese females show comparable levels of diastolic blood pressure,GOT and A/G ratio,significantly lower level of HDL-cholesterol and significant higher levels of all other parameters than the normal group.(4) Significantly different levels of systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,GOT and HDL-cholesterol were found between the thin and normal groups.The HDL-cholesterol level is significantly higher in the thin group.No significant difference was found in other parameters.(5) In male students,the obese group exhibits the highest percentage of all abnormal levels except those of total cholesterol,γ-GTP,and A/G ratio.The highest percentage of abnormal level of total cholesterol is observed in thin group.In female students,the group with the highest percentage of abnormal levels varies among the parameters.
