对我国体育事业民营化改革的思考

On the Thinking of Privatization Reform of Chinese Sports Career

体育事业民营化是中国体育发展到一定阶段的必然要求。本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法分析了我国体育事业民营化改革的必然性,探讨了我国体育事业民营化改革的目标、方式及其影响因素。指出我国体育事业的民营化是一个渐进的过程,在民营化过程中应引入竞争机制,灵活选择民营化的途径,加强政府对民营化改革的监管,以促进体育事业的发展,努力走出一条有中国特色的公共体育事业民营化之路。

It is an inevitable requirement for Chinese sports career to be privatized since Chinese sports has developed to a certain stage.This paper by using the method of literature,logic analysis to analyses the necessity of privatization reform of Chinese sports career,and explores its reform aim,mode as well as influencing factors.It also points out that it is a gradual process to develop sports privatization.And during the privatization process,competition mechanism should be introduced,privatization ways should be flexibly chosen,and government supervision of the reform should be strengthened to promote the development of sports career.
