Tibet Established Blind Children Art Troupe Tibet Autonomous Region has established a blind children art troupe in Lhasa on Oct.16,2012.The art troupe is supported by Sun Shower Public Charity Foundation and Beijing Han Hong Love & Charity Foundation,which will teach Tibetan blind children vocal music and musical instruments.
