摘要 归纳了遥感影像压缩技术的发展现状与趋势,比较了常用的6种遥感影像压缩算法.同时,针对我国已积累约数百TB的土地遥感应用数据,以降低数据存储空间要求和提高数据传输效率为目标,对影像压缩技术在土地遥感中的应用潜力进行了分析与展望. In order to reduce the needs of hard-ware storage capacity and to improve the efficiency of data transmission in land remote sensing,algorithms and applications of image compression for land remote sensing are concluded,and six commonly-used image compressing algorithms are compared.Meanwhile,to deal with hundreds of terabytes(TB) of land use data accumulated from land remote sensing application,the prospect of image compression for land remote sensing is concluded based on up-to-date achievements,trends of image compression and its potential usage in land remote sensing are analyzed.
