摘要
介绍了常用的煤泥水单段浓缩单段回收流程及存在的问题,分析了煤泥水二段浓缩二段回收流程中所用沉降过滤式离心脱水机的2个重要参数,即转鼓转速和长度对脱水效果的影响,6座选煤厂的煤泥水处理实践表明,煤泥水二段浓缩二段回收工艺可有效降低煤泥水分,提高选煤厂经济效益。
Problems confronted introduced regarding conventional slime treatment process by single stage thickening and single stage recovery;analyzed is two important parameters,the rotating speed of drum and the length of rotating drum,of the sedimentation-filtration centrifuge used in the process of 2-stage thickening and 2-stage recovery;practice from 6 coal preparation plants denoted that such process can effectively lower down the moisture of product and increase the plant's economic benefit.
