摘要
壳头包对铝电解正常生产有较大的危害,也会造成操作员劳动强度的增加。其形成的原因主要是电解质成分的剧烈变化、电解质粘度过大、打壳锤头在电解质中停留时间过长和两次打壳之间间隔过短。可以通过保持电解质的相对稳定、保持合理的过热度和采用较大容量定容下料器的方法预防壳头包的形成。
The bath sticking to chisel does great harm to the normal production of aluminium reduction and increases operatorsqabour intensity, whose for- mation reasons are severe change of the bath composition, great viscosity of the bath, the chisel staying in the bath for over long time and short time between two times of crust breaking. Some methods could prevent the bath sticking to chisel from forming,such us keeping relative stability bath composition and reasonable superheat degree and adopting larger constant volume feeders.
