摘要
分析常规PID控制器的结构及存在的缺点。以二阶控制对象的阶跃响应为例,分析被控对象各阶段响应对控制作用的要求,提出动、静态复合积分控制策略,并应用于制粉系统改造后的锅炉主汽压力控制系统中,解决了主汽压力在调节过程中大幅长周期波动的问题,为国内同类型燃煤机组及控制系统综合升级改造提供了有益的参考和借鉴。
In this paper, we analyze the conventional PID controller structure and their sllortcomings,thking two stage control object of the step response of the controlled object for example, we analyze each stage in response to the control requirements, and propose a dynamic-static composite inlegral control slrategy. We apply it to the coal pulverizing system alter the transtbnnation of the boiler main steam pressure control system. We successfully solve the main steam pressure in the process of adiustment substantially long periodic wave motion problems.
