摘要
教务工作是高校一切教育工作的中枢,是高校整个办学机制正常运转的枢纽[1]。面对"90后"这一代新生群体,固有的教务管理模式已略显落后,本文探讨了针对"90后"的创新的教务管理工作对于学校教育教学质量的影响。
The academic affairs are the hub of all educational work of the colleges and universities, contacting the colleges and universities throughout the educational mechanism of the normal operation. Facing generation after "post-90s" newborn groups, inherent in the educational administration management model has been slightly lagged behind. This article discusses the inno- vation in educational administration about the "post-9Os" for the quality of school education.
