教务工作是高校一切教育工作的中枢,是高校整个办学机制正常运转的枢纽[1]。面对"90后"这一代新生群体,固有的教务管理模式已略显落后,本文探讨了针对"90后"的创新的教务管理工作对于学校教育教学质量的影响。
