Reform and Practice of Talent Training Model of Inorganic Non-metallic Materials Engineering

本文对湖南工学院无机非金属材料工程专业人才培养模式的改革和实践进行了探讨,指出了该专业人才培养模式中存在的问题。针对这些存在的问题,我们提出一些新的改革措施,进行了该专业的人才培养模式的教学改革和实践,取得较好的效果。

Reform and practice of talent training model of inor- ganic non-metallic materials engineering of Hu＇nan Institute of Technology was discussed in the paper, and some shortcomings were pointed out here. In face of these problems, some new re- form measures were presented to address them, and better teach- ing results were achieved.
