运动员队伍稳定与否,思想教育工作至关重要。关爱运动员,则是指在生活上关心其冷暖疾苦,在学习上解决其实际困难,在训练上解除其后顾之忧。教练员相对学校其他管理人员来说,与运动员的接触是最频繁也是最直接的,因此他也是最直接的思想教育工作者。从运动员的心理角度去认知思想教育工作,具有实际内容的人性化思想教育内容。

Abstract Ideological education is very important for the stability of an athlete team. Caring for athletes refers to the care on the life, the assistant in solving their practical difficulties in training, and the removal of any menace from the ＂rear＂. Relative to other school administrators, coaches have the most frequent and most direct contact with players, so he is the most direct ideological e- ducation workers. Teachers should understand ideological edu- cation from athletes＇ p.sychological point of view to cognitive ide- ological education work, so as to make the education content with actual content of the humanization.
