示范性高职院校的标杆作用可以分为示范作用和引领作用,本文通过分析示范性高职院校在专业建设、师资队伍建设和实训基地建设等方面的案例,说明高职院校的标杆作用对学校自身建设和对口帮扶院校,均可不断超越自己、追求卓越。

The function of demonstrative higher vocational col- leges can be divided into benchmarking exemplary and leading role. Through the analysis of demonstrative higher vocational col- leges in the specialty construction, the construction of teachers and the construction of training base and other aspects of the case, this paper holds that the benchmark role of a vocational college can surpass both itself and other support colleges in school construction, as well as pursuit excellence.
