汽车专业教育模式的现状分析与创新研究

An Analysis on the Current Situation and Innovation of Education Mode for Automobile Major

虽然国内高职院校的汽车专业现已普遍采用多元化开放式的办学体制,并积极引入各种新式的教育模式,但对于当前汽车产业对技能型人才需求而言,这些现行的教育模式还存在着诸多的不适应性,尚不能有效地实现能力为本的素质教育。研发在当前国内职业教育的条件下,发挥院校在职业教育中主导作用的创新型教育模式,并有效地消除现行职业教育模式的不足,是实现服务社会和技能型人才培养的有效途径。

The current domestic automobile major of higher voca- tional colleges generally adopt an open education system, and in- troduce new type teaching mode, but for the need of technical talents of automobile industry, the current education mode can no longer adapt to it. It is an effective way of realizing the cultivation of technical talents to implement education reform and effectively eliminate the shortcomings of the current vocational education mode.
