论发挥基层工会在企业转型发展中的作用

On the Role of Grass-Roots Labor Union in Enterprise Transformation and Development

行政、工会的目标相同,企业、职工的根本利益一致。基层工会围绕经济建设这个中心,开展了一系列促进企业经济发展的工作,为调整各类矛盾、建设和谐企业发挥了重要作用。笔者认为,健全工会组织,提高干部素质,是做好工会工作的基础;坚持党的领导,加强沟通协调,是做好工会工作的保证;促进企业和谐发展,维护职工的合法权益是工会工作的出发点和落脚点;发挥自身优势,参与社会管理是新时期对工会工作的新要求。

The goal of administration and labor union is the same, while the basic benefit of the enterprise and staff is also the same. Around economic construction, grass-roots labor u- nion implements a series of actions promoting enterprise eco- nomic development, and plays an important role in adjusting various conflicts and constructing harmonious enterprise. This paper discusses the writer＇s view on the work of labor union.
