The Research of the Employment System under The New Situation

近年来,随着社会经济的发展,高等教育制度的不断完善,理工科大学生的人数激增,从而导致了理工科大学生就业面临越来越严峻的挑战。本文以江苏科技大学以及江苏大学的理工科大学生为调查对象,通过对他们的调查建立针对理工科大学生的就业体系。

In recent years, with the development of the econo- my, higher education system is ceaseless and perfect, the num- ber of students of science and engineering has increased, so science and engineering college students＇ employment faces more grim challenge. In the light of the science and engineer- ing college students in Jiangsu University of Science and Technology and Jiangsu University College as the object of in- vestigation, this paper creates the science and engineering col- lege students＇ employment system based on our investigation.
