班级是学生学习的基本单位,而班主任则是班级的组织者、引导者以及教育者,班主任工作方法的科学与否直接关系到班级建设的质量,同时也决定了学生的学习环境和学习氛围。随着我国教育体制改革的持续深化,传统的班主任工作方法,已经越来越无法适应新时期班级建设的需求。因此,研究中学班主任工作的方法创新问题,具有非常重要的现实意义。
