提升独立学院学生自我效能感的路径分析

摘要 提升独立学院学生的自我效能感,能够帮助学生在大学阶段积极有效地完成课业任务并全面提升自我综合素质,为今后快速融入社会夯实基础。自我效能感在独立学院的提升路径可从三个方面探析:合理设置学生专业学习方式以促进学生在校成功经验及替代经验的积累、运用补强法则提升学生自我感知能力、运用积极情绪理论提升对学生的情绪唤醒能力。 Enhance independent college students' self-efficacy, can help students to actively and effectively complete their assignments at the university level tasks and to enhance the self-comprehensive quality, rapid integration into the community to lay a solid foundation for the future. Upgrade path of self-efficacy in independent colleges from three aspects exploration: reasonable set of the students professional learning to promote student's accumulated experience and vicarious experience success in school, the use of reinforced rules to enhance students' self-awareness, the use of the theory of positive emotions enhance ability students emotionality.
