融入职业生涯规划理念的选课制度探索

Elective System Exploration into the Concept of Career Planning

与高校学分制相配套的选课制在整个人才培养模式中具有重要地位,发达国家的选课制历经数次的反思、修订和发展,已基本能够适应人才培养的需要。我国的选课制还不够成熟,目前亟需突破发展的瓶颈,本文建议融入职业生涯规划理念,加强对学生雇佣性的培养,从提升宏观视野、突出"三全育人"、优化课程资源、加强课程融合、厘清课程递进关系等方面构建新型选课制度。

College credit system supporting the elective system has an important position in the entire training model, the elective system in developed countries after several reflection, revision and development, has been basically able to adapt to the needs of personnel training. Elective system in our country is still not mature enough, the need to break through the bottleneck of the development, this paper suggests integration into the concept of career planning, strengthen the cultivation of students＇ employability, enhance macro-perspective, highlighting the ＂three full-educating people to optimize curriculum resources strengthening curriculum integration, to clarify the course progressive relationship building new elective system.
