目前90后大学生作为各大高校的新鲜血液,已经成为高校工作者不可忽视的一个群体,随着多种新型交往模式的出现,由此各种人际交往的弊端也将随之出现。本文通过调查,研究了90后的特点,对他们的人际交往心理进行了探讨,以便让高校教育工作者时刻关注他们的心理和行为变化,扬长避短,有针对性地做好引导和培养工作,增强他们的团队意识、服务意识和心理抗挫折能力。
