经济转型背景下对中国弱势群体救助路径的一点思考

在当前中国,随着经济和社会结构的不断转型,弱势群体问题已经成为社会生活中存在的一个不容轻视的问题。尽管国家在保护弱势群体方面进行了积极的努力并取得了一定的效果,但是情况依然不容乐观,还需要其它社会力量的参与来解决这一问题。本文从弱势群体的内涵、构成出发,分析了政府对弱势群体救助的现状和存在的局限性,最后提出了非政府组织对弱势群体救助的展望。

In current China, with the continuous restructuring of the economic and social structure of the vulnerable groups has become a social life should not be taken lightly. Although the state has in protecting vulnerable groups active efforts and achieved a certain effect, but the situation is still not optimistic, also need the participation of other social forces to solve this problem. From the connotation of the vulnerable groups constitute the starting analyzed the current situation and existing limitations of government assistance to the vulnerable groups, finally, the outlook for the rescue of the vulnerable groups of the nongovernmental organizations.
