摘要
全纳教师的质量直接影响着全纳教育的质量,为了更好地实现全纳教育的发展,应重视全纳教师教育。文章从教师素养、培养模式、认证制度三个方面研究了国外全纳教师教育概况,为我国全纳教师教育提供借鉴和启示。
Inclusive teacher quality directly affects the quality of inclusive education. So we should attach importance to the development of inclusive teacher education in order to achieve the development of inclusive education better. This paper studies in foreign inclusive education from teachers in literacy, training mode and the certification system to provide reference and inspiration for inclusive teacher education in our country.
