摘要
现代高校教育要求学生能够在新的知识环境的背景下,勤于思考,勇于探索,能够对知识充分掌握的同时提出创造性的有意义的思考和见解,特别强调了学生的团队合作及交流能力和分析问题与解决问题的能力。这些新标准新要求对教育的理念﹑形式和策略也提出了新的任务和挑战、新的标准和要求。在探究性教与学中,学生由死记硬背到动脑思考、探究问题,实现了主动学习。这样的新型教学理念中,教师的地位和作用如何体现,对于教师来说又提出了什么样的要求?本文对这些问题做了一些探讨。
Modern higher education students in the context of the new knowledge environment, diligent in thinking, the courage to explore, creative thinking and insights meaningful full grasp of knowledge, with particular emphasis on teamwork and communication skills of the students and analyze problems and problem-solving abilities. These new standards require new education philosophy, forms and strategies to new tasks and challenges, new standards and requirements. In the inquiring teaching and learning, the students change from by rote to think for exploring issues, active learning. In this new teaching philosophy, the status and role of teachers in how to embody what the requirements for teachers? In this paper, we do some research on these problems.
