当前高校辅导员队伍的工作现状及建设对策

高校辅导员是高校里的一个特殊群体,承担着重要的大学思想政治教育工作,是大学生生活上,学习上不可或缺的良师益友。本文通过对当前辅导员工作的现状及存在的问题进行分析,探讨完善辅导员工作机制的途径,以提高高校辅导员专业化水平,促进辅导员队伍自身的建设及发展。

The university instructors, are the crowd of special groups in the university, they both are different with the school leader managements and specialized teacher troops, certainly are not ＂the maid types＂ service personnel for students. The university instructors undertakes the important university＇s ideological and political education work, simultaneously, they are also the indispensable good teachers and helpful friends of university students＇ life and study. Through the analysis of the current state and problems existing in university instructor work,this paper aims to discuss the way of improving instructor work mechanism which forms the foundation of establishing scientific and effective tutorship,and promote the instructor troops＇ self -construction and the development.
