摘要
随着我国高等教育的大发展,非公立民营高校如雨后春笋般出现,而这类高校里的知识型员工是流动得很频繁的。这一问题困扰着学校的管理者,对知识型员工如何管理关系到学校的生存和发展。本文从分析民营高校知识型员工的流失原因入手,探讨了对其管理和激励的方法。
With the great development of China's higher education, non-public private universities have sprung up, and the kind of knowledge workers in the universities is flowing very frequent. This problem has plagued the school managers how to manage knowledge workers related to the survival and development of the school. This article,This paper start from the analysis of the reasons for the loss of college knowledge workers and explore the management and incentive method for them.
