作为一个教育机构,大学的中心工作是育人,育人的目标不仅是专业技能的培养,更重要的还在于一种积极学习态度的养成。本文旨在结合十七大报告相关内容和对辅导员工作的具体实际,探讨如何将"以人为本"的理念更好地融入到高校的学习辅导工作中。通过分析和把握学生特质,尝试从三个切入点探讨高校的学习辅导工作,不断探寻并完善学习辅导的育人功能。

As an educational institution, the University Center is educating people, educating people＇s goal is not only to the cultivation of professional skills, and more important is to cultivate a positive attitude towards learning. This paper aims to combine the congress report actual and counselors work to explore how to better integrate into the ＂people-oriented＂ concept to the university learning counseling. By analyzing and grasp the characteristics of the students, try counseling from three entry point to explore the university＇s learning, and continue to explore and improve the educational function of learning counseling.
