超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术治疗老年性白内障的疗效分析

目的探讨超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术治疗老年性白内障的临床效果。方法选取本院2010年6月～2012年1月收治的老年性白内障患者64例(71眼),均采用超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术进行治疗,观察患者的裸眼视力恢复与并发症发生情况。结果本组患者术后的裸眼视力恢复情况,术后7d视力<0.3者15眼(21.1%),0.3≤视力<0.8者49眼(69.0%),视力≥0.8者7眼(9.9%),与术前比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。并发症情况:术中撕囊失败14眼(19.7%),后囊膜破裂5眼(7.0%);术后一过性高眼压18眼(25.4%),角膜水肿14眼(19.7%)。结论超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术治疗老年性白内障疗效确切,术中注重操作的规范性有利于减少并发症的发生。

Objective To discuss clinical curative effect of phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation for senile cataract.Methods 64 cases（71 eyes） with senile cataract in our hospital from June 2010 to January 2012 were chosen,and were treated with phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation,uncorrected visual acuity recovery and complications were observed.Results Postoperative uncorrected visual acuity recovery of postoperative visual acuityin patients,7d0.3 in 15 eyes（21.1%）,0.3≤vision 0.8in 49 eyes（69%）,visual acuity≥0.8 in 7 eyes（9.9%）,there was statistics signif icant difference compared with the preoperative（P0.05）.Iintraoperative capsulorhexis failure occurred in 14 eyes（19.7%）,posterior capsule rupture in 5 eyes（7%）;postoperative transient high IOP in 18 eyes（25.4%）,corneal edema in 14 eyes（19.7%）.Conclusion Phacoemulsif ication combined with intraocular lens implantation surgery in treatment of senile cataract patients has clinical exact curative effect,and should pay attention to the standardization of operation to reduce the occurrence of complication.
