布地奈德吸入剂联合特布他林治疗哮喘的临床疗效观察

目的探讨布地奈德吸入剂联合特布他林治疗哮喘的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2008年2月～2011年8月收治的支气管哮喘患者126例,将其随机分为两组,对照组63例单用特布他林治疗,治疗组63例使用布地奈德吸入剂联合特布他林治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率95.24%,对照组总有效率74.6%,治疗组有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义并且治疗组在咳嗽、气喘、呼吸困难以及哮鸣音等症状改善时间上显著少于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德吸入剂联合特布他林治疗哮喘可明显提高疗效,且症状改善快,值得推广运用。

Objective To investigate the effect of budesonide inhalation and common drugs atomization treatment of asthma.Methods A retrospective analysis of 126 cases of patients with asthma,were randomly divided into two groups,of which 63 cases of atomization treatment on common drugs with budesonide inhalation,for the treatment group and the remaining 63 cases in the control group to use only ordinary drug treatment were compared patient outcomes.Results The treatment of the treatment group was higher eff iciency,and the treatment group,coughing,wheezing,difficulty breathing and wheezing symptoms improve time was less than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Budesonide inhalation and generic drugs atomization treatment of asthma not only can improve the treatment eff iciency can also reduce the symptoms were improved time,it is worth in clinical practice.
