急性脑血管病合并多脏器损伤100例临床分析

目的总结急性脑血管病合并多脏器损伤的诊断及治疗方法。方法收集2010年1月～2012年4月收治的急性脑血管病合并多脏器损伤患者100例的临床资料,并进行总结性分析。结果 100例急性脑血管病合并多脏器损伤死亡36例(构成比为36%),并且病死率与脏器衰竭的多少有关,且成正比的关系。结论对急性脑血管病合并多脏器功能损伤应早期发现、早期治疗,降低病死率。
