导丝介导镜下扩张治疗尿道狭窄27例临床分析

目的探讨输尿管镜联合肾筋膜扩张器在尿道狭窄治疗中的疗效。方法对27例尿道狭窄患者在输尿管镜直视下,先行尿道探查,然后置入斑马导丝,在导丝引导下以筋膜扩张器进行尿道扩张。结果 27例手术均获成功,随访6～12个月,患者排尿通畅,无并发症发生。结论输尿管镜下肾筋膜扩张器行尿道扩张术成功率高、并发症少,是治疗尿道狭窄安全有效方法。

Objective To investigate the ureteroscope joint renal fascia dilator efficacy in the treatment of urethral stricture.Methods 27 cases of urethral stricture patients ureteroscope under direct vision in advance of the urethral probe,and then placed in the zebra guidewire urethral fascia dilator,guide wire.Results 27 cases of surgery were successful,followed up for 6 to 12 months voiding patients,no complications occurred.Conclusion Ureteroscopic kidney fascia expansion device urethral dilatation a high success rate,fewer complications,is the treatment of urethral stricture safe and effective methods.
